Historic Walking Tours of Downtown New York City
These free weekly tours will meet at the NYC Heritage Tourism Center at City Hall Park on Tuesdays at noon. No reservations needed.
The 90 minute tours will wind through historic lower Manhattan visiting historical sites like the African Burial Ground and, St Paul's Chapel, City Hall Park and the site where George Washington read the Declaration of Independence in 1776.

Historic Tours of City Hall
Offered by the Arts Commission on Wednesdays at noon.
Tours will meet at the NYC Heritage Tourism Center in City Hall Park.
Walking tour will take visitors behind the oldest original City Hall in the country.
The tour will give a first-hand look at City Hall's extensive art collection and furnishings.
Tours will run through the end of November and will re-start in the Spring of 2008.
George Washington's New York Walking Tour
This is a self-guided walking tour which leads you through the New York City that George Washington would have known.
The guide can be printed, picked up at Federal Hall - the beginning and end point of the tour - or at the NYC Heritage Tourism Center.
Brooklyn, Staten Island, Queens and The Bronx tours
Lead by More NYC in partnership with The History Channel.
Meeting Location: New York City's Official Visitor Information Center at 810 Seventh Avenue, between 52nd & 53rd Streets.
