New York (Northeast): Due by Mon., Oct. 23, 2006 at 1p.m. ET/12 NOON CT
Chicago (Midwest): Due by Wed., Nov. 8, 2006 at 9a.m. ET/10:00A.M. CT
Los Angeles (West Coast): Wed., Nov. 29, 2006 at 1p.m. ET/12 NOON CT

*Teams are urged to submit portfolios as early in advance of the deadline, as the open slots will be assigned to the strongest teams in the order the portfolios are received.
