To win a high stakes bet against two hunters from Texas, Troy must get his sons to step up and help him bring in the biggest gator. Two of his boys head into a remote area and snag a monster with a treble hook only to be dragged around the swamp by the massive gator. Meanwhile, when one hunter's gun runs out of bullets, his partner turns to a tiny pocket knife to try and bring down a massive live gator before it attacks the boat.

As the swampers race toward the end of gator season, Tommy and Joe have a poacher after their catch and vow swamp justice. Meanwhile, Junior and Willie try different ways to earn cash: catching frogs and snakes.

With just a week left in the season, the gators have mysteriously stopped biting. Is it the full moon? Swampers fight back with their own tried and true tactics, from new territories to a traditional Cajun bait called "shake and bake."

The Jersey Boys, John and Gene, go to blows with a delinquent driver who isn't paying the bills on his truck lease. Ex Cons, Shawn and Vince, are sent to rescue a disabled tractor and its load, but this big rig is for the birds, literally. The Texans, Marshall and Korchenko, put their perfect recovery record to the test as a disoriented driver can't give them his whereabouts. And The Desert Dogs, Eric and Rob, a father and son truck hunting duo, must deal with a disgruntled driver who won't hand over his rig.

After a hurricane tears through the bayou on opening day of Alligator Season, delaying hunting for five critical days, the swampers turn to family to help make up for lost time. Complicating matters is the arrival of two new hunters who invade the Louisiana swamp from their native Texas and challenge King of the Swamp Troy Landry to a high stakes bet. The shortened season forces everyone to take bigger risks including one hunter who jumps into the water to wrestle a huge live gator that tries to get away.

Freestyling in Los Angeles, Mike and Frank tail a vintage steam car to an auto shop where they uncover an acre of unbelievable junk. Packed with oddball artifacts, the guys stumble upon a salvage yard turned prop shop. Later, the guys meet Cecil, a man who has built himself a rustic little Western town and filled it with amazing stuff.

Since opening his second store, Mike's feeling serious pressure to fill up the van. He gets lucky while freestyling in Virginia with Danielle. A cold call with Gary pays off with a pink jukebox and the remains of a rare 1930s motorbike. While he proves to be a tough negotiator, Doug's well-manicured property is a honey hole of petroliana. Henry's trailer homes are packed to the gills with unusual collectibles and he's ready to make a deal. Danielle proves she's got a picker's eye. But back at the shop, Frank has a tough time tracking down an appraiser for the jukebox.
