Frank Hamer Played by William Hurt

Tough-as-nails Texas Ranger Frank Hamer comes out of retirement to hunt down Bonnie and Clyde after the efforts of local law enforcement lead nowhere. Hamer pours himself into thinking like the outlaw duo as he tracks their movement throughout the central United States, but finds himself at odds with the media, especially young journalist P.J. Lane, whose sensational and romanticized stories about the couple’s antics hurt his investigations.
