John Wright

John Wright was born in Kansas but grew up in Arizona, where he drove trucks and heavy equipment and worked in construction. John moved to the Lake in 1994, and he and his wife began attending auctions as affordable entertainment. He soon started ringing and auctioning, discovering he had a gift for the craft. After Rick Bryant heard about John, he became a crowd favorite at Bryant Auction for his passionate, in-your-face ringing style that mixes split-second timing and sidesplitting commentary. John's favorite items to ring are personal family heirlooms because they tap into his emotions.
