Rick Bryant

At age 13, Rick Bryant became the youngest licensed auctioneer in the state of Iowa, where his father, Richard Senior, founded Bryant Auction in 1967. Since then, Rick has also been a police officer, a firefighter and paramedic, a correctional officer and a pawnbroker--all experiences that contribute to his powers of observation, intuition about human nature and knowledge of an item's value. In 2005 Rick moved Bryant Auction to Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri, where he continues to take a personal approach to connecting sellers and buyers. He revels in the chance to get his hands on historic items, eclectic ephemera, eye-popping firearms and big-boy toys.
