He’s honed his marksmanship skill with 15 years in the Army, three years as a Pennsylvania State Constable and seven years in the Department of Homeland Security. But a more unexpected experience has prepared him for the competition: A cancer survivor, Jermaine isn’t intimidated by any obstacle and is out to win.
