Richard "Mack" Machowicz
Meet Richard “Mack” Machowicz, 10-year veteran of the U.S. Navy SEALs and host of Ultimate Soldier Challenge. Much of Mack’s expertise derives from his decade of experience with SEAL Team One and Two, during which he was attached to the training cadre as the Leading Petty Officer of Land, Mountain and Arctic Warfare under SEAL Team Two. Mack has over 25 years of experience studying the martial arts. He has collected multiple black belts and has served as a Naval Special Warfare Scout/Sniper and certified instructor in the Naval Special Warfare Combat Fighting Instructor Course. Mack is also the founder and creator of the Bukido® Training System.
Mack is no stranger to television. He offered his military and weapons expertise as a key contributor to two HISTORY megahit miniseries, America The Story of Us and Mankind The Story of All of Us. Mack was also the host/producer of Discovery Channel’s Future Weapons and Weapons that Changed the World, host of Spike TV’s Deadliest Warrior and author of best-selling book Unleash the Warrior Within. He currently hosts Houston radio show The Mack Show, which airs weekdays from 4 to 6 p.m. CST on AM700 KSEV, and he is the founder and CEO of NDCQ.com, a website community of committed individuals looking to accomplish their lives’ missions.
