Submission Terms and Conditions

By submitting videos, concepts or other materials (collectively, the “Materials”) in connection with The Proof Is Out There (the “Program”), I represent that I am at least 18 years of age, I own and have the right to share such Materials and grant A&E Television Networks, LLC and HISTORY CHANNEL (collectively, “AETN”) the right to use such Materials. I understand that I will not receive payment in exchange for the Materials, unless the Materials are included in the Program. I understand that other persons, including AETN employees, may have submitted ideas or concepts similar to the Materials. I understand and agree that AETN’s use of content containing concepts or ideas similar to those in the Materials will not entitle me to any compensation. I understand and agree that the Materials will not be returned to me and nothing in these terms obligates AETN to review or use the Materials. I understand that the Materials will not be acknowledged by AETN unless AETN elects to utilize the Materials in the Program.
