Award-winning actor and comedian Tim Allen is the star and executive producer of the building competition series “Assembly Required,” reuniting with his “Home Improvement” co-star Richard Karn, marking the 30th anniversary of the duo’s original television debut.

Allen is the star of the hit sitcom “Last Man Standing” which is currently airing its ninth season on FOX. Allen stars as Mike Baxter, a happily married father of three daughters, who finds himself the odd man out as he tries to maintain his manliness in a home dominated by women.

Allen also starred for eight seasons in the iconic role of Tim “The Tool Man” Taylor on the beloved ABC sitcom “Home Improvement” where he garnered a Golden Globe Award, an Emmy nomination, and was honored with the People’s Choice Award for “Favorite Male Performer in a Television Series” for an unprecedented eight years in a row.

In 2019 Allen reprised his role as the iconic Buzz Lightyear in Disney’s Oscar-winning “Toy Story 4” which opened No. 1 at the box office and has grossed over $1 billion worldwide. On the big screen, his credits include starring roles in “The Santa Clause” film series, the “Toy Story” films, “Galaxy Quest,” “Wild Hogs,” “The Shaggy Dog” and “Jungle 2 Jungle” among many others.

In 1994, Tim Allen achieved the remarkable feat of having the #1 movie “The Santa Clause,” the #1 TV show “Home Improvement,” and the #1 New York Times bestselling book “Don’t Stand Too Close to a Naked Man” all in the same week.

Over the years, Allen has continued to perform stand-up comedy shows to sold-out crowds across the country.
